Ця книга - справжнє відкриття для всіх, хто цікавиться ранньою прозою Іллі Еренбурга. Обидва романи, «Кохання Жанни Ней» та «Життя і загибель Миколи Курбова», майстерно переплітають теми кохання та соціальних змін, які відбувалися в Європі на початку 20-х років. Еренбург зумів передати глибокі емоції своїх персонажів, їхні мрії та розчарування, що робить читання надзвичайно захоплюючим. Хоча роман «Кохання Жанни Ней» не перевидавався з 1928 року, його актуальність та глибина залишаються незмінними. Переклад, хоч і має деякі недоліки, все ж передає дух оригіналу, і читач може відчути атмосферу того часу. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цінує літературу, що порушує важливі питання про кохання, втрати та революційні зміни в суспільстві.
