Kotlyarevsky Nestor Aleksandrovich (1863–1925), publicist, literary critic; first director of the Pushkin House (since 1910). His books are “Essays on Contemporary Russian Literature. Вражаючий погляд на творчість Гоголя
Книга "Микола Васильович Гоголь. 1829–1842" є справжнім скарбом для всіх, хто цікавиться російською літературою та її класиками. Нестор Котляревський, як публіцист і літературознавець, вдало передає глибину та складність творчості Гоголя, аналізуючи його вплив на розвиток російської повісті та драми. Автор не лише розкриває біографічні моменти, але й поглиблює розуміння контексту, в якому творив великий письменник. Незважаючи на те, що текст перекладено з оригіналу за допомогою штучного інтелекту, якість перекладу вражає, хоча іноді зустрічаються незначні недоліки. Ця книга стане чудовим доповненням до бібліотеки кожного, хто цінує літературу та прагне глибше зрозуміти постать Гоголя. Я б рекомендував її всім, хто хоче зануритися у світ російської класики та дізнатися більше про її геніїв.
