Книга "Кластер Джерба: Друге правило крові" занурює читача у захоплюючий та небезпечний світ далекого майбутнього, де людство розділене на дві частини: мешканців величезних міст-веж і диких племен, що живуть у пустошах. Сюжет наповнений напругою та інтригами, адже головний герой Валтор Прей разом зі своїми друзями ромонами намагається зупинити підступи Кіра Дунгаєва, що прагне захопити Кластер. Ця книга не лише про боротьбу за виживання, а й про дружбу, відвагу та моральні вибори, які стоять перед героями. Хоча текст книги перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у формулюваннях, загальна якість перекладу залишається на високому рівні.
