Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s story “The Hound of the Baskervilles” caused a lot of noise in its time. The events described in it relate to 1899, and took place on the family estate of the Baskerville-Vaughan family. In 1939, the case of the Baskerville curse unexpectedly received a continuation. And it all started with the death of the owner of Baskerville Hall, Baronet Sir Henry Baskerville. The role of the narrator this time was taken by Charles Kelly, a former officer in Her Majesty's Army.

Книга "Прокляття роду Баскервіль" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Як шанувальник оригінальної повісті "Собака Баскервілей", я з нетерпінням чекав на продовження цієї загадкової історії. Автор вдало зберіг атмосферу тривоги та містики, притаманну першій частині, і додав нові елементи, які роблять сюжет ще більш інтригуючим. Роль оповідача, яку виконує Чарльз Келлі, додає нових барв до розповіді, а його погляд на події робить їх ще більш захоплюючими. Хоча переклад тексту за допомогою штучного інтелекту іноді має свої недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися сюжетом і персонажами. Я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто любить детективи з елементами містики та історії. Вона не лише продовжує легенду про рід Баскервіль, але й відкриває нові грані цієї захоплюючої історії!
