Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Я завжди мріяв відвідати Афіни та Аттику, але, на жаль, поки що не мав змоги. Однак завдяки цій книзі я зміг зануритися в давню історію та культуру цього регіону, дізнатися про його архітектурні шедеври, філософів та культурні традиції. Автор зумів зібрати величезну кількість інформації, яку важко знайти в звичайних підручниках, і представити її в зрозумілій та захоплюючій формі. Хоча я помітив деякі недоліки в перекладі, вони не завадили мені насолоджуватися читанням. Ця книга стане чудовим доповненням до бібліотеки кожного, хто цікавиться історією та культурою Греції.
