Автор майстерно поєднує біографічні факти з аналізом творчості Ахматової, що дозволяє глибше зрозуміти її як людину і митця. Спогади сучасників, які вказують на її примхливість і холодність, контрастують з глибиною її поезії, що робить цю книгу особливо цікавою. Бояджієва не боїться ставити запитання про стосунки Ахматової з чоловіками, її материнство та особисті жертви, що додає тексту емоційної напруги. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має недоліки, загальний зміст і глибина аналізу повністю компенсують це. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться життям і творчістю Ахматової, адже вона відкриває нові горизонти для розуміння цієї складної особистості.
