The events of this exciting detective story take place in the 16th century at the court of Queen Elizabeth I of England. During the festivities at the estate of the Earl of Leicester, the queen miraculously manages to escape death. Everyone is convinced that the reason for the inexplicable accidents that threatened her life is a curse weighing on the royal favorite.
