Ця книга – справжнє мистецьке полотно, яке занурює читача в атмосферу легендарного Вавилону, столиці давньої цивілізації. Авторка, Маргіта Фігулі, майстерно описує пишність і розкіш цього міста, його палаци, храми та сади, створюючи живу картину, яка переносить нас у часи, коли Вавилон був центром культурного та економічного життя. Яскраві описи та глибокі роздуми про людську природу, владу та моральність роблять цю книгу не лише історичним романом, а й філософським трактатом. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися захоплюючим сюжетом та глибокими персонажами. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться історією, культурою та людськими переживаннями в умовах величі та падіння
