The book recreates the most important stages of the great battle in the Baltic from the tragic passage of ships from Tallinn to Kronstadt in August 1941 to the lifting of the Leningrad blockade in January 1944. This work is not only about war, but also about pure, sincere love, over which is not subject to severe trials. The author himself is a Baltic sailor and a participant in the events described; together with the heroes of the book, he peers into the past, assessing the terrible time experienced. The novel “Kronstadt” was awarded the K. Simonov Literary Prize.

Книга "Кронштадт" є справжнім шедевром, який не лише відтворює важливі етапи битви на Балтиці, але й занурює читача у глибокі емоції, пов'язані з війною та людськими стосунками. Автор, будучи учасником описуваних подій, майстерно передає атмосферу тих часів, що дозволяє читачеві відчути всю тяжкість і трагізм ситуації. Особливо вражає, як у цій жорстокій реальності розкривається тема чистої, щирої любові, яка витримує всі випробування. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що призвело до деяких незначних недоліків, загальна якість перекладу все ж залишається на високому рівні. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться історією, військовими подіями та людськими переживаннями в екстремальних умовах. "Кронштадт" - це не просто книга про війну, а глибоке дослідження людської душі в найскладніші часи.
