Arthur Conan Doyle (1859–1930) is a world-famous English writer, one of the creators of the detective genre, the author of the famous novels and stories about Sherlock Holmes. The twelfth volume of the Collected Works includes the works: “Letters from Stark to Monroe”, “Duet with a Random in chorus”, “Outside the city”. “Around the Red Lamp” and the cycles “Romantic Stories” and “Mystical Stories”. In this volume, Conan Doyle, previously known to us as a science fiction writer, mystic, and historical novelist, acts as the author of romantic, everyday stories about love, friendship, jealousy, betrayal, as a romantic with a subtle, vulnerable soul.
