The book, which contains two personalities - the great writer Ivan Bunin and his long-term girlfriend, Galina Kuznetsova - contains correspondence and materials about the difficult relationships of these people. Bunin, already in exile (1933) awarded the Nobel Prize for outstanding literary creativity, in his private life was a very ambiguous and tragically unhappy person... Unable to make a choice between his wife and girlfriend, he began to live with them under the same roof. This is a genuine human document that largely clarifies for the modern reader the processes that took place in Russian literature at the beginning of the twentieth century.
