When the time comes to understand the boundaries of her inner world, Maud will have to decide to transition. But is it possible to overcome loneliness with even more loneliness?

Роман "Перехід" Ендрю Міллера - це справжня подорож у світ самотності, мрій та пошуків сенсу життя. Автор майстерно створює атмосферу загадки навколо Мод, яка, з одного боку, є символом жіночої сили та незалежності, а з іншого - втіленням глибокої самотності. Її стосунки з Тімом, філологом та музикантом, наповнені емоціями та суперечностями, які змушують читача задуматися про справжню природу любові та взаєморозуміння. Книга не лише розкриває внутрішній світ героїв, але й порушує важливі питання про ідентичність та місце людини у світі. Міллер вміло грає з образами води та моря, використовуючи їх як метафори для дослідження глибоких почуттів та бажань.
