"Aku-aku" is a fascinating story about the first settlers of Easter Island. They did not build either castles or palaces, but hewed gigantic humanoid figures out of stone and installed them on powerful stone terraces at all ends of the island. But one day the sound of chopping on the stone stopped. It fell silent suddenly, because the guns remained in place and many of the statues were only half ready. Mysterious sculptors have sunk into the darkness of the distant past. What happened on Easter Island?
