Майкл Бірнс майстерно поєднує елементи трилера та історичного роману, створюючи напружену атмосферу, яка тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Історія про Патрика Донована, який намагається розкрити таємницю стародавнього манускрипту, наповнена захопливими поворотами, небезпечними ситуаціями та інтригуючими персонажами. Особливо сподобалася детальна розробка теми таємниць Ватикану та таємних товариств. Хоча переклад тексту має деякі недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися читанням. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить історичні трилери та загадки!
