Nikolai Vikentyevich Gubey was born on August 26, 1948 in the village of Lyakhovtsy, Maloritsky district, Brest region in Belarus. Since 1957 he lived in the village of Melniki, Malorita district. Studied at school. I was fond of sports. Secondary specialized education. From 1967 to 1969 he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army in tank forces. After serving in the army, he worked as a laboratory assistant at Melniksky secondary school. Since 1979 I have lived in the village of Khotislav, Malorita district. He has worked since 1979 at the collective farm “Testaments of Lenin” as a graphic designer. On a voluntary basis, he was the coach of a local football team. Retired since 2008. I love poetry. Since May 2010, he has been published in the newspapers: “Golas Chasu” (Malorita), “Zarya” (Brest) and “Friend of a Pensioner” (Minsk). Author of collections of poems: “Flight of the Soul” (2011), “The Origins of Life” (2012), “In Search of Truth” (2013), “Reflections on the Eternal” (2014), “On the Threshold of Eternity” (2014), “Mysteries of Fate” (2015), “Contrasts life" (2017).
