This book proposes a solution to a problem that has occupied the minds of historians for many years. Based on an analysis of messages from ancient historians and geographers, it was concluded that there was no ancestral homeland of the Slavs in the meaning that linguists give to this phrase. The ancestors of the Slavs should be considered the Wends, Bastarns, Sklavins and Antes, and the term “Slavs” itself comes from the nickname “Slavins”, which the Greeks gave to the cruel and treacherous tribes that attacked Byzantium in the 6th century.
