Книга "Піски, що співають. Справа про викрадення Бетті Кейн" є справжнім шедевром детективного жанру, що демонструє майстерність Джозефін Тей у створенні інтригуючих сюжетів і складних персонажів. Автор вдало поєднує класичні детективні елементи з психологічним аналізом, що робить читання не лише захоплюючим, а й глибоким. Особливо вражає, як Тей використовує інтуїцію та спостережливість головного героя для розкриття злочину. Однак варто зазначити, що переклад, хоч і в загальному якісний, іноді підводить, зокрема через не зовсім коректні фрази. Незважаючи на це, книга залишає по собі сильне враження і спонукає до роздумів про природу злочину і людської психології. Рекомендую всім шанувальникам детективів та тих, хто цінує глибокі історії!
