Книга "Канбан" Девіда Андерсона стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі управління проектами та Agile-підходів. Автор детально пояснює концепцію канбану, використовуючи приклади з практики компанії Toyota, що робить матеріал зрозумілим і доступним навіть для тих, хто тільки починає знайомитися з цією темою. Візуалізація процесів, яку пропонує канбан, дійсно допомагає зменшити витрати та підвищити продуктивність команди.
