Книга "Смертний бог" відкриває перед читачем унікальний світ, де боги, на перший погляд, здаються недосяжними істотами, але насправді виявляються такими ж вразливими і жадібними, як і люди. Автор майстерно порушує питання влади, моральності та відповідальності, змушуючи читача задуматися над тим, чи дійсно боги заслуговують на поклоніння, якщо самі порушують свої ж настанови. Сюжет наповнений напруженими моментами та несподіваними поворотами, які тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Хоча переклад книги має деякі недоліки, це не заважає загальному враженню від читання. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить філософські роздуми в поєднанні з захоплюючою фантастикою!
