This book is not scientific, but rather a philosophical and religious work, which explains what our people knew before, but have forgotten. Therefore, along with revealing the practice of shamanism, the author’s task is to show the shamanic features of the Russian tradition. The book, through the analysis of Russian fairy tales, shows that shamanism is not alien to the Russian people. What we know as shamanism was part of the practice of the Russian Magi, and was called sorcery. The author himself feels like a shaman, and believes that he has the right to talk about the subject and give some recommendations on shamanic practice. How deep and serious they are - let the reader decide for himself.
