In September 1985, young Jon Lindqvist, a future writer, comes to Stockholm. He wants to become a magician and rents an apartment in a run-down building next to the Brunkeberg Tunnel. Pretty soon he realizes that something strange is going on with his new house: someone is constantly calling him and asking for the same person, it is impossible to listen to music in the apartment, as sometimes ominous sounds are heard from the tape recorder, birds are falling from the sky, the neighbors behave suspiciously, and it’s unpleasant to walk in the tunnel, as if something living were watching passers-by from the walls. And soon Jon, unwittingly, will encounter another world, a world of endless green plains and sky without the sun, where real monsters come from.

Книга "Рух. Місце друге" вразила мене своєю атмосферою та інтригуючим сюжетом. Йон Ліндквіст, як молодий фокусник, потрапляє в загадкову обстановку, де кожен новий день приносить нові таємниці та небезпеки. Автор майстерно створює напружену атмосферу, де звичайні речі, такі як телефонні дзвінки або звуки з магнітофона, стають джерелом страху і тривоги. Я відчував, як разом із Йоном поринаю у світ, де межа між реальністю та фантазією стирається, а небезпека підстерігає на кожному кроці. Описані події настільки захоплюючі, що я не міг відірватися від книги до самого фіналу. Хоча переклад тексту має деякі недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить містичні та тривожні сюжети, адже вона точно залишить слід у вашій пам'яті!
