The fact is that two strapping men, who had been contracted as watchmen for the summer, ran away for unknown reasons. The camp director began looking for a replacement, but suddenly the problem resolved itself. The Beridze twin brothers approached him, introduced themselves as Georgian refugees and asked to be guards. The director gladly accepted the refugees to work.
