Two young girls brutally murder a taxi driver. The older one manages to escape from the investigative prison, and soon her charred corpse is found at a transformer substation. Книга "Глуха стіна" захоплює з перших сторінок і не відпускає до самого фіналу. Автор майстерно поєднує елементи психологічного трилера та детективної історії, створюючи напружену атмосферу, яка тримає в напрузі. Сюжет, що крутиться навколо жорстокого вбивства, втечі з в'язниці та загадкових подій, пов'язаних із технологіями, змушує читача задуматися про моральні аспекти та наслідки своїх вчинків. Персонажі, зокрема комісар Курт Валландер, прописані дуже детально, і їхні переживання та внутрішні конфлікти додають глибини сюжету. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить захоплюючі детективи з несподіваними поворотами!
