In this book, the author, in a form accessible to him, tried to answer the question: who is to blame for the fact that the hopes of many people for a completely prosperous life have not yet come true, despite the promises given to us from above? And the story begins with the main character waking up in the Winter Palace. At first he did not understand how he got there, and when he realized that now he seemed to be like a king, he decided to restore order in the state. The following describes what his good intention to change at least something for the better led to. The names and surnames of the characters, as well as most of the events described are fictitious, all coincidences are random.
