A holistic approach to teaching vocals takes the pedagogical approach from being glottal-centered to looking at the performer as a whole, that is, as a whole organism, as a whole vocal instrument. An analysis of theoretical and practical works in the field of body-oriented psychology helped to identify a direct relationship between vocal errors and bodily clamps and blocks. The book is dedicated to the natural opening and liberation of the singing voice from the shackles of a tight body.
