The new book by the author of the “Political Economy of History” series is dedicated to the events taking place in Ukraine. They are covered and analyzed in detail in the media, but in order to find ways to resolve this conflict, understanding its fundamental principles, resulting from the action of objective forces and laws that drive the development of human society, is crucial. And it is precisely this problem that this work is devoted to. It was conceived as one of the chapters of the next volume in the “Political Economy of History” series, dedicated to the political economic analysis of the prospects of the 21st century. However, the severity and significance of the events taking place, as well as the volume of accumulated material, necessitated the publication of this chapter as a separate book. In it, existing patterns are presented in a condensed form, relating only to the conflict in Ukraine.
