The action of this play-story takes place over one day in the courtyard of a provincial school - shortly before graduation. All the remarks here are comments on behalf of the main character, eleventh-grader Tanya, although in fact these are the memories of an adult woman. The classmates were not friendly, rather, they were cruel to each other and to the teachers, but that day they spent together for the last time.
