This volume is dedicated to an outstanding thinker, a representative of the Russian philosophical tradition of the first half of the 20th century - Sergei Nikolaevich Bulgakov (1871–1944), who made an impressive journey from a “legal” Marxist to a priest and theologian in “Russian Paris”. His philosophical, theological, sociological, political and economic ideas today continue to arouse great interest and at the same time heated debate both in Russia and abroad. The volume contains articles by modern philosophers, religious scholars, and literary scholars, in which the intellectual heritage of S. N. Bulgakov is updated. A number of articles are devoted to his personality and fate, which expresses all the tragic events of the first half of the twentieth century.
