Jerome D. Salinger's early stories were published in magazines between 1940 and 1948, but have not been officially reprinted since then. Moreover, the writer imposed a ban on reprinting his early works. “EARLY STORIES” includes 21 stories, two of which are “I’m Crazy” and “Slight Rebellion off Madison.” included in the novel The Catcher in the Rye.
