The author of the book, Richard Lynn, is a professor of psychology at the University of Ulster in Dublin. He is one of the oldest and most authoritative representatives of the classical British school of psychology. Since 1991, the main direction of R. Lynn's work has been the comparative study of the intelligence of peoples of different races. This book is the result of approximately 25 years of work by the author.
