This is the second novel depicting events taking place after the reign of King Louis XIII, from the famous historical adventure trilogy (“The Three Musketeers”, 1844, “Twenty Years Later”, 1845, “Vicomte de Bragelonne”, 1848-50), which is connected by the commonality of the main characters Athos, Porthos, Aramis and d'Artagnan, thirsting for the romance of exploits.

Книга "Через двадцять років" є чудовим продовженням історії, яку ми всі полюбили в "Трьох мушкетерах". Автор знову вміло занурює читача в епоху романтики, пригод і відваги, де герої Атос, Портос, Араміс і д'Артаньян знову стають центром захоплюючих подій. Цей роман не лише продовжує їхню історію, але й глибше розкриває характери персонажів, їхні переживання та внутрішні конфлікти. Незважаючи на те, що текст був переведений за допомогою програми штучного інтелекту, якість перекладу в цілому досить висока, і лише в окремих випадках виникають незначні проблеми з фразами. Це не заважає насолоджуватися чудовою історією, яка сповнена інтриг, зради та справжньої дружби. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить історичні романи та пригоди!
