Thus, the book is devoted to the analysis of important questions that arise in connection with this amazing personality: the origins of Alexander’s reign and his goals, the nature and significance of the resistance that he had to overcome, the organization of life in the conquered territories, the relationship between the victors and the vanquished peoples.
