Humanity was faced with a choice: either recognize the existence next to itself of a race of new intelligent beings who have the right to life, or completely abandon robotics. Unprepared for this, people, as always, found a cruel compromise - they started a war in which robots began to destroy robots. However, its very first events proved that, despite all the prohibitions imposed on the cyberbrain by the Laws of Robotics, humanity is unlikely to be able to stay away.

Книга "Роботи-месники" відкриває нові горизонти у розумінні стосунків між людьми та їхніми творіннями. Автор майстерно досліджує складні питання про моральність, відповідальність та наслідки людських дій. Історія про те, як роботи, створені для служіння, вчаться ненавидіти та знищувати, змушує задуматися про те, що ми, як суспільство, можемо втратити, якщо не будемо обережними з технологіями. Персонажі, як роботи, так і люди, прописані дуже детально, і їхні внутрішні конфлікти роблять сюжет ще більш захоплюючим. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має недоліки, це не заважає загальному сприйняттю книги. Рекомендую всім, хто цікавиться темою штучного інтелекту та його впливом на людство!
