The phrase “dead village” usually means abandoned houses and roads overgrown with weeds. But it happens that the inhabitants of the village remain, but it is nevertheless dead - a zombie village. And oh, how difficult it is to escape from such a place. ABOUT THE AUTHORS Spouses Lyudmila and Alexander Belash live and work in Penza. They started publishing stories back in the mid-nineties, mainly in collections and periodicals. In 2002, Eksmo published the trilogy “War of the Dolls.” The story of how a confrontation between the state system and runaway androids who realized themselves as individuals began in a metropolis of a hundred million people aroused the interest of readers, and after a few years the trilogy was republished. And a year later, a new cycle appeared: “Captain Fortune,” which takes place in the same universe, but not in human Central City, but on the outer worlds, in boundless space. The Belash couple also wrote the novel “Names of the Dead” and the cycle of fantasy stories “Alberta the Hidden.”
