In the book “Khlebnikov’s Parasites” the reader will find a reproduction of the scandalous pamphlet of the same name, published in 1927 by the poet Alvek (I. Izrailevich, 1895 - ca. 1943), the author of the lyrics of the song “The weary sun tenderly said goodbye to the sea...” The book also includes includes an additional selection of Alvek's poems from the collection “The Present” (1926) and biographical materials. The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program.
