This work states the inevitable near collapse of the current earthly civilization, based on the state-capitalist system of management and technological development, and, as a consequence, considers the possibility of the emergence on its ruins of a simple system of self-organizing and self-governing local communities, which gains stability, but loses in development. The structure of such a form of civilization allows us to bring the resultant of all opposing forces to zero. The process of development in this civilization is suspended, it turns into a civilization in balance with nature, not rich, small in number, contemplative and conflict-free - a living image of true justice. Apparently, it is this, and not utopias of various types, including communism, that awaits us in the future.
