And although the core of the story is the fate of the Ural mining factory Demidov family - from the quick-witted blacksmith Nikita, the initiator of the "case", to the weak, depraved luxury Anatoly, Prince of San Donato, who completed the genealogy, - the main character of the trilogy is the talented, hardworking Russian people, patient and rebellious .The author has created a whole gallery of memorable images of craftsmen, the Demidovs also visibly appear, cruel, power-hungry, proud of their strength and power over a person.The novel "The Master of the Stone Mountains" completes the trilogy. The described events take place at the end of the 18th - the second half of the 19th century in Russia and abroad.
