Before putting my thoughts into a book, I asked myself the question: “How does a woman live in the 21st century?” And it’s not that I wanted to answer it unequivocally, just reflect on the topic and comprehend my interaction in a coaching format with a variety of Women who are trying to find a place in a modern, constantly changing world. Very different women - introverts and extroverts, owners of an artless soul, simple as a violet or Amazonian ambitions and a passionate thirst for power; women who are trying to reach heights or simply live to see tomorrow; women sparkling with joy, or sad, regal and majestic or cozy and homely... So, is life easy for us in the 21st century? The modern turbulent world makes a lot of demands on us... We live in a rather machismo culture - the culture of the young, and we simply have to look younger than our years. We are obliged to preserve the “shaky” institution of the family. We live within the framework of fairly strict requirements, which clearly state how and what a woman should do, what she should look like, who she should marry, how many children she should have, and what she should do in life. The word “should” accompanies us throughout our entire adult life... The word “should” is dangerously combined with our internal limiting beliefs about ourselves... We are still not smart enough, beautiful enough, successful enough, loved enough, not good enough at preparing... And that’s when we destroy all these wrongness in us, only then we deserve to become happy. That's what we think, sometimes forgetting that all these SHOULDs are eating away at our self-awareness, making us vulnerable, losing touch with the intuitive and primal nature within us. In the pursuit of fulfilling the demands of the outside world, which distort our true essence and our own conditions for ourselves, we will NEVER WIN! Because there will always be something that will be missing in order to be happy, successful, yes, JUST BE... Yes, just be yourself. Just be different: interesting, smart, stubborn, hot-tempered, powerful, graceful, sensitive, hardworking, funny, sad, in love, eccentric, flirtatious, capricious, inventive, brave, adamant, confident, persistent, romantic, practical, homely, proud, cold, infuriating and causing tears of tenderness...
