"Механічний світ" - це справжня знахідка для шанувальників жанру, яка вдало поєднує алюзії на класичні твори, зокрема на роман Жуля Верна, з елементами стімпанку. Автор створює захоплюючу атмосферу, наповнену дирижаблями, паровими крокоходами та неймовірними технологіями, що вражають уяву. Сюжет сповнений динаміки, повстань проти тиранів та захоплюючих пригод, які тримають у напрузі до останньої сторінки. Незважаючи на те, що переклад тексту здійснювався за допомогою штучного інтелекту, більшість фраз звучить дуже природно, хоча іноді трапляються й недоліки.
