Книга «Я — Господь Бог» Джорджо Фалетті вразила мене своєю потужною емоційною складовою та захоплюючим сюжетом. Автор майстерно поєднує елементи трилера з глибокими роздумами про людську природу, помсту та наслідки війни. Головний герой, знівечений учасник В'єтнамської війни, викликає співчуття, і його прагнення до помсти стає зрозумілим, хоча й жахливим. Поліцейський детектив Вів'єн Лайт та фоторепортер Рассел Уейд, які намагаються зупинити його, додають динаміки та напруги в сюжет. Книга змушує задуматися про моральні аспекти помсти та насильства, а також про те, як минуле може впливати на наше сьогодення. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на сприйняття тексту, я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто любить глибокі та захоплюючі історії, що залишають слід у душі. Це справжній шедевр сучасної літератури!
