Ця книга відкриває читачеві нову перспективу на вже знайомий світ мафії, зосереджуючи увагу на жінках, які стоять за успіхом та таємницями своїх чоловіків. Лінда Ла Плант майстерно описує життя дружин та дочок мафіозі, їх боротьбу за виживання та місце в суспільстві, яке часто ігнорує їхню роль. Сюжет сповнений напруги, інтриг і емоцій, які змушують читача відчути всю глибину переживань героїнь. Я була вражена тим, як автор вдало поєднує елементи драми та трилера, створюючи динамічний і захоплюючий сюжет. Хоча переклад іноді має незначні недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто хоче дізнатися більше про невидиму сторону мафії та силу жінок у цій жорстокій реальності!
