Proper speech is impossible without a "pure" pronunciation of all the sounds of the Russian language. Silence, of course, is GOLD, but the ability to clearly, accurately and correctly express one’s thoughts depends on the child’s free and easy communication with others.The formation of the correct pronunciation occurs over a rather long time (from birth to 5 years). Some children begin to pronounce all sounds early (already by the age of 3), others master them a little later (by 5-6 years). But the attention and help of adults in this matter is necessary for every child.The speech material offered in the book is aimed at developing the sound culture of speech of children 3-6 years old, i.e. on the ability to pronounce sounds correctly, pronounce words clearly, speak loudly enough, expressively. Poems, tongue twisters, exercises, tasks are selected in such a way as to encourage the child to select and pronounce words with a certain sound, to find the place of a given sound in a word (at the beginning, middle, end), activate thinking and enrich coherent speech. Tasks can be varied by inviting the child to ask questions about the pictures, come up with one short sentence of 3-5 words or a short story for each illustration , pronounce a tongue-twister or rhyming lines at a slow and fast pace, with increasing or decreasing voice power.
