Вражаюча історія про помсту та наслідки війни
Книга "Критична маса" є потужним твором, що занурює читача в глибокі емоції та жахи, пов'язані з ядерною катастрофою. Ісава Накамура, головний герой, втілює в собі біль і втрату, які пережив унаслідок жахливих подій Хіросіми та Нагасакі. Його мрія про помсту, яка спонукає його до створення атомних бомб, викликає у читача змішані почуття: співчуття до його страждань та жах від наслідків його дій. Автор майстерно зображує внутрішній конфлікт персонажів, зокрема Кірка Макгарві, який намагається зупинити Накамуру, що робить цю історію не лише про насильство, але й про моральні дилеми. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які можуть відволікати, сюжет та глибина персонажів роблять цю книгу справжнім шедевром, який варто прочитати. Рекомендую всім, хто цікавиться темами війни, помсти та людської природи!
