Believers know that the cause of many, if not all, illnesses and ailments is sin, its destructive effect on the body and soul, and healing is the fruit of God's help through the prayers and spiritual zeal of those who suffer. This book contains the instructions of Orthodox saints, church prayers, recommendations of priests that will help develop the right attitude towards the disease, find the strength to fight illnesses and live with the hope of God's help with a pure soul and repentance in the heart.
