Robert Irwin Howard became famous as the creator of the genre that later became known as “sword and sorcery.” In addition, he gave readers of heroic fantasy an immortal galaxy of heroes: the Atlantean native Kull, the leader of the rebellious Picts Braga Mak Morn, the wandering Puritan Solomon Kane. But the brightest in this constellation was - without exaggeration, by right of the strong - the gloomy-eyed powerful barbarian, born in the snowy mountains of the mysterious Cimmeria. The second volume of stories about Conan included Howard’s only novel, “The Hour of the Dragon,” as well as a story and a short story translated by the famous writer Maria Semenova. The book is decorated with illustrations by Gary Gianni.
