Information that an unknown force has appeared in the New World, disrupting the order that has existed here for centuries, is pouring into Europe in a continuous stream. Strange aliens from another world do not recognize anyone’s authority over them and, in their relations with everyone, force them to act according to the rules they have established, successfully building their own state - Russian America. Any attempts to prevent this, acting from a position of strength, invariably end badly. All of Europe, and especially Spain, has an important choice to make. Will she recognize the right of aliens to live the way they want, or will she consider them bandits who have created a bandit “state” on the territory of her overseas colonies, for the elimination of which all means are good? One option out of two possible, and the cost of error is enormous. The fragile peace still remains.
