Книга "Дочка короля" вражає своєю глибиною та емоційною наповненістю. Автор майстерно переносить читача в Англію XII століття, де розгортаються події, сповнені інтриг, романтики та політичних змов. Історія закоханої нормандки Бертради та саксонського лицаря Едгара настільки захоплює, що неможливо відірватися від читання. Їхній шлях до щастя сповнений перешкод, і кожен новий поворот сюжету тримає в напрузі. Особливо вражає образ беглої монахині Гіти, яка додає сюжету додаткової глибини та складності. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має незначні недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися чудовою історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить історичні романи з елементами драми та романтики!
