The space power Cosmica is liberating the Earth from the yoke of cybernetic systems. Since the technological knowledge of earthlings has had time to degrade, barbarization is taking place throughout the planet, returning feudalism. Earthlings are turning into subsistence peasants, pugnacious feudal lords and warlike nomads. Former managers become secular and religious rulers.
