The next issue of the aviation collection presented to your attention continues to acquaint readers with aviation during the Second World War and is a kind of supplement to the second part of the monograph “Aircraft Engineering in the USSR (1941-45)”, published by the TsAGI publishing house. Previously, collections were published as part of the series , dedicated to aircraft from Germany, Japan, Italy, Great Britain, and the US aviation industry. A collection dedicated to carrier-based fighters during the Second World War is being prepared for publication. This collection was prepared on the basis of translations from foreign books and magazines by Vladimir Kotelnikov.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
