The works of St. Ignatius Brianchaninov (1807–1867) - a humble and active mentor of monastics - have long become the favorite reading of all pious people, being the spiritual treasury of the Russian Orthodox Church. This volume contains theological works: “Ascetic Preaching” (in abbreviation), “ An Offering to Modern Monasticism", "Fatherland" - a collection of edifications and teachings of the Holy Fathers, as well as letters from St. Ignatius to various persons.
